Everything an invitation website needs
Yours, not a template
Pick a palette or choose every colour yourself, your own fonts, your cover photo and gallery, your own words and story.
Private to your guests
Your invitation has its own private link. Guests sign in with the mobile number or email you gave us for them, so only the people you invited can reply.
Send it your way
Email invitations from here, or copy each guest’s personal link into WhatsApp or a text. One tap and they are signed in.
Menu choices
Offer a menu and each guest chooses their dishes, with dietary tags and a separate children’s menu if you want one.
Plus-ones and children
Guests tell you who is coming with them, whether they are bringing children, how many, and their ages.
A shared photo pinboard
A private wall for photos and memories from you and your guests. Optional, and you can switch it off or approve every post.
Your guest list, live
See who has replied, who is coming, headcount and menu totals as the answers arrive, and nudge the ones who have not.
Ready for the caterer
Export the whole list with every dish, allergy and note, in one click.
Everything guests ask
Schedule, venue and map, dress code, travel and stay, FAQs, an add-to-calendar button and a countdown.
How it works
- 1Create itEnter your names and make it yours: colours, photos, your story, schedule, menu and the questions you want to ask.
- 2Add your guestsType them in or paste your list, each with a mobile number or email.
- 3Send the invitationsBy email from here, or by WhatsApp or text with each guest’s own link.
- 4Watch the replies arriveMenu choices, children, plus-ones and messages, with totals ready for your caterer.
Your guests’ details stay yours
- Each invitation is completely separate. One couple can never see another’s guests, replies or photos.
- Your guest list is only used to run your invitation. We do not market to your guests.
- Photos are private to your signed-in guests, and you can remove any post at any time.
- You can delete the whole invitation, and everything in it, whenever you like.
A wedding RSVP website built for weddings abroad
When your guests are travelling, replies matter more: you need final numbers early for the venue and the caterer, and your guests need time to book flights and rooms. A spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group can do it, until the fortieth message. A wedding RSVP website puts the date, the venue, the schedule, the travel information and the reply form in one private place, so every guest sees the same thing and every answer lands in the same list.
It is made by a destination wedding planner, so it asks what a wedding abroad needs to know: who is bringing children, who needs which meal, who has answered and who has not. Read our guide to invitations and RSVPs for a wedding abroad for a timeline and what to ask.

- What is a wedding RSVP website?
- A private website for your wedding where guests open their invitation, see the details, and reply: whether they are coming, what they would like to eat, whether they are bringing children, and any dietary needs. You see every answer in one place, with totals ready for your caterer.
- Is the RSVP website included with my wedding package?
- Yes. A digital invitation and RSVP website is included with every Weddings in the Sun package. If you are planning your wedding elsewhere, you can buy your own for a one-off £99.
- Can guests choose their menu?
- Yes. You add the courses and dishes (with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other tags) and each guest who is coming chooses for themselves, their plus-one and any children, with a separate children’s menu if you want one.
- Can guests say they are bringing children?
- Yes. You can list the children by name on each invitation, or let guests add them, and parents confirm who is coming and add ages and meals.
- Do my guests need an app or an account?
- No. Guests open a private link, or sign in with the mobile number or email address you gave us for them, and reply from their phone. Nothing to download.
- Is it private?
- Yes. Each invitation has its own private link and is not shown in search engines. Only people on your guest list can reply, and your guests’ details are never used for marketing.
- How do I send the invitations?
- By email from the website, or by copying each guest’s personal link into WhatsApp or a text message. You can see who has opened theirs and who has not replied, and send a reminder to those who have not.
- Can guests share photos?
- Yes. A shared pinboard lets you and your guests post photos and memories, visible only to signed-in guests. It is optional: you can switch it off or approve every post.
- Can I change the colours, fonts and photos?
- Yes. A designer shows your invitation live as you choose from themes, colours, fonts, cover layouts and styles, and you can add your own cover photo, gallery, story and schedule.
