How it works
You add the courses and dishes, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other tags. When a guest replies that they are coming, they choose a dish for themselves, for their plus-one and for each child, with a separate children’s menu if you want one.

Ask only what you need
Not every wedding needs a pre-chosen menu: a BBQ buffet or a set menu may not need choices. Switch menu choices on only when you want them. If you do, ask for them with the RSVP, because it is much easier than collecting them later.
Menu ideas that keep replies simple
Two or three mains is plenty: one meat or fish, one vegetarian and, if you wish, one more. Tag dishes clearly so guests with allergies can choose with confidence, and keep the children’s menu short. The fewer decisions guests have to make, the faster the replies arrive.
Check with your venue first
Venues abroad have their own deadlines for final numbers and menu choices, so ask yours before you set your reply date, and work backwards from it.

- Can guests choose a starter, main and dessert?
- Yes. You set the courses and the dishes, and guests choose for each one.
- Can I offer a children’s menu?
- Yes. Add a separate children’s menu, and parents choose for each child.
- How do I see dietary requirements?
- Each guest’s choices, tags and notes are in your dashboard and in the export.
- What if I do not want guests to choose?
- Leave menu choices switched off. Guests simply reply yes or no.
- Is it included with my package?
- Yes, with every Weddings in the Sun package.
