Wedding RSVP website

A wedding RSVP website your guests will actually use

Replies to a wedding invitation arrive by text, email, card, voicemail and a comment under a photo. A wedding RSVP website gives every guest one private place to answer, and gives you one list that is always up to date.

What a wedding RSVP website does

It is a private website for your wedding. Each guest opens their invitation, sees the date, venue and schedule, and replies: coming or not, who is with them, which dishes they would like, and anything you need to know such as allergies or a song request.

You see the answers as they arrive, with the totals you need: how many are coming, how many children, and how many of each dish. When it is time to talk numbers with the venue or caterer, the list is already done.

What guests do

  • Open their own private link, or sign in with the mobile number or email address you gave us for them
  • Say yes or no for themselves and for each person on their invitation
  • Choose their meal (and the children’s) from the menu you set
  • Add dietary needs, a message for you, or a song for the dance floor
  • Add the day to their calendar and see the schedule, map and travel information

What you see

Your dashboard shows who has replied, who is coming and who has not answered yet, and you can send a reminder to the ones still outstanding. When you are ready, export the whole list, with every dish, allergy and note, as a spreadsheet for your caterer or planner.

Why it matters more for a wedding abroad

When guests are travelling they need the details early and you need their answers early. A destination wedding venue will give you a cut-off for final numbers, and chasing forty people by message in the final weeks is nobody’s idea of a good time. Putting the invitation and the reply form in one place makes that cut-off easy to meet.

Wedding RSVP website: your questions

What is the difference between a wedding website and an RSVP website?
A wedding website shows information: the date, venue and schedule. An RSVP website also collects answers. Ours does both: guests read the details and reply on the same private page.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests open a link or sign in on their phone’s browser with the mobile number or email address you gave us for them.
Can I see who has not replied?
Yes. The dashboard lists every guest and their status, and you can send a reminder to those who have not answered.
Can I export the replies?
Yes. One click exports the full guest list with attendance, meal choices, dietary needs and notes, ready for your caterer.
Is it included with a Weddings in the Sun package?
Yes, with every package. If you are planning your wedding elsewhere you can get your own for a one-off payment: see the price on the main page.
