Step 1
Tell us about your wedding
Send a quick hello or use our step-by-step Dream Builder. Share what you can: where you are thinking of, roughly when, how many guests and a rough budget. Nothing is binding and there is no obligation. We reply within one working day.
Step 2
A personal conversation
A wedding specialist gets in touch, by phone, video call or email, whichever you prefer. Rather than sending a list of packages, they ask what you are imagining, what matters most and what worries you, so they can suggest options that really fit.
Step 3
A proposal made for you
You receive a private proposal that you can read on your phone, with what is included, what is optional, the price and how payment works. Ask questions, request changes or arrange a call, and download a PDF copy. Accepting a proposal is a request to go ahead, not a booking.
Step 4
We check your date
Before anything is booked, we check your date and the details with the venue. A proposal does not confirm availability on its own.
Step 5
Contract and deposit
We send your contract to review and sign online. Your wedding is booked once the contract is signed and your deposit is paid. We explain the payment arrangements clearly beforehand.
Step 6
Planning together
We plan the details with you, and every package includes a private digital invitation and RSVP website for your guests, so replies, meal choices and travel questions are in one place.
Step 7
Your wedding day
A coordinator is on the ground for your day, looking after the details so you can enjoy it.
What helps us help you
You do not need a perfect plan to get in touch. It helps if you can tell us roughly where you are thinking of, the season or year, how many guests you imagine and a rough budget, but “we are not sure yet” is a perfectly good answer. If something is important to you, such as a particular person being there, a view of the sea or keeping things small, tell us early: it changes what we suggest.
What you can expect from us
A reply within one working day, a real conversation rather than a sales script, and prices set out clearly in your proposal, including what is optional. We will not rush you. Destination weddings take time to decide on, and you are welcome to ask questions, compare options and come back to us when you are ready.
Questions about the process
- What happens after I send an enquiry?
- A wedding specialist gets in touch within one working day to find out what you are imagining. There is no obligation, and you can choose to talk by phone, video call or email.
- Is accepting a proposal the same as booking?
- No. Accepting a proposal tells us you would like to go ahead. Your wedding is booked only once you have signed your contract and paid your deposit.
- Does a proposal mean my date is available?
- Not by itself. We check your date and the details with the venue before your contract is issued.
- Can I change a proposal?
- Yes. You can ask questions or request changes from your private proposal page, or ask for a call, and we will update it.
- Who looks after my guests?
- Every package includes a private digital invitation and RSVP website, and we can help with guest accommodation and transfers. See our guest information pages.
- Who is with me on the wedding day?
- A coordinator on the ground looks after the details of your day.
