Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide — such as your name, contact details, wedding preferences and any inspiration you upload — so we can respond and plan your day.
We ask for a phone number on every enquiry so that a planner can contact you, by call or WhatsApp, about it.
Digital invitations
If you create an invitation at weddingsinthesun.com/invitations, you decide who is on your guest list and what you ask them. You are responsible for the guest details you add, and we look after them on your behalf. We use them only to run your invitation (for example, to let your guests sign in, send the emails you ask us to send, and show you their replies). We do not use them for marketing, and one couple’s guests, replies and photos are never visible to anyone else. Photos shared on a pinboard are visible only to the signed-in guests and hosts of that invitation. You can remove any post, or delete the whole invitation with everything in it, at any time, and you can ask us to do the same by emailing info@weddingsinthesun.com.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and provide our planning service. We never sell your data. Marketing is opt-in only.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time by contacting info@weddingsinthesun.com.
