Not sure where to start? We organise it all, start to finish

One UK team for the venue, the ceremony, your guests and the whole trip, from the first conversation to the last transfer home.

If you want to get married abroad and do not know where to start, you do not have to work it out alone. We organise everything for you, from the first idea to the day itself, and we can take care of the travel for you and your guests too.

We plan weddings in Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Malta and Spain. Our 28 wedding packages start from £3,735, with the price on each one. Tell us your guest numbers, your month and a rough budget and we will say honestly what fits.

Getting started with a wedding abroad: your questions

I want to get married abroad but do not know where to start. Can someone organise everything?
Yes. Start with three facts: roughly how many guests, the month you have in mind and a rough budget. Tell us those and we take it from there: the venue, the ceremony arrangements, the suppliers, your guests and, if you want it, the whole trip, including transfers, flights, accommodation and excursions. A UK-based team looks after you from first enquiry to the day itself, with a coordinator on the ground.
Is there a destination wedding company that handles everything from start to finish?
Yes, we do. We organise the wedding and the whole trip for you and your guests: the transfer from your home to the airport, valet parking at the airport, flights, the transfer to your accommodation, the accommodation, the full wedding, and excursions and activities, all quoted together in writing before you commit.
Are there UK wedding planners who arrange the venue, the ceremony and the travel?
Yes. We are UK-based, so you deal with us in your own time zone and in pounds. We arrange the venue, the ceremony with the local authority, the suppliers and the day, and we can add the flights, accommodation, transfers and excursions for you and your guests.
How far ahead should I start?
For peak dates, twelve to eighteen months ahead gives the widest choice of venues. Many couples plan in less and it can work, but popular venues and weekends go first. If your date is fixed, start with the date.
Do I have to visit before the wedding?
No. You plan with our UK team by phone, email and video call, and a coordinator in the country deals with the venue, the ceremony arrangements and the suppliers in person. Many couples never need to visit before the wedding.
