About the venue
El Viento is an enchanting wedding venue set around a beautifully restored historic windmill on the cliffs of Megalochori, Santorini. With breathtaking views across the caldera, volcano and Aegean Sea, it provides an unforgettable setting for a romantic island celebration.
Couples can exchange vows on the upper terrace before hosting dinner, drinks and dancing on the spacious lower terrace as the famous Santorini sunset fills the sky. Combining traditional Greek character with elegant outdoor spaces, El Viento is ideal for intimate weddings or larger celebrations of up to approximately 100 guests.
The private windmill villa also offers accommodation for two, making it a lovely retreat for the wedding couple. El Viento is an excellent choice for couples seeking privacy, spectacular scenery and an authentic Santorini atmosphere in one truly distinctive venue.
